Dovetailed is a Singapore-based business that builds and deploys AI agents for service teams. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data across our website and the AI agent services we operate on behalf of clients.
The contact form asks for your name, organisation name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message. Only your name, email address and message are required.
The form does not submit anything to this website or to any form-handling service. When you press send, it opens a draft email in your own mail application with those details filled in, and you send it yourself. Nothing is transmitted until you do, and no third-party form processor sits in between.
That means the only copy of your enquiry is the email itself — held in your sent items and in our business email account with our email provider. We use it solely to reply to you and to follow up on a possible engagement.
We retain enquiry data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected — typically the duration of an active conversation or business relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Dovetailed builds and deploys conversational AI agents for our clients. These agents are typically deployed on platforms such as WhatsApp, web chat, or other messaging channels, and are powered by our custom-built agent platform.

For AI agent deployments, our client (the business operating the agent) is the data controller — they determine what data is collected and how it is used. Dovetailed acts as a data processor, building, maintaining, and hosting the agent on the client's behalf.
AI agents may rely on third-party services including AI model providers (such as Anthropic), WhatsApp Business API (via Meta), and cloud infrastructure providers. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We work with clients to ensure that agent deployments are configured with appropriate data handling in mind.
Conversation data is retained according to the policies set by our client and the platforms used. End users should refer to the client's own privacy policy for details on data retention, access, and deletion rights. Dovetailed will assist clients in responding to data access or deletion requests where our systems are involved.
We do not currently use any analytics, tracking, or cookie-based technologies on this website. No third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) are in use. Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
This website does not set any cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies but does receive your IP address as part of serving the font files, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. If you have interacted with an AI agent deployed by one of our clients, please direct your request to that client in the first instance.
