What it is

An assistant on the clinic's own WhatsApp number and website that answers from their actual services — the packages, what's inside each one, the fasting and preparation rules, what each branch can physically do — and takes the patient through to a booking. Underneath it, an integration layer that writes into their practice-management system, so bookings land where the clinic already works, without a second system for the front desk to learn.

Why it stays right

Clinic catalogues move — prices change, packages gain a scan, a line stops being offered. Most assistants are correct on day one and wrong by month three. Mine is rebuilt from the clinic's own records rather than typed into, so it follows. That's the whole product, and it's the part nobody demos.

What I ask of you

An introduction. That's all. You keep the client relationship, you carry no delivery risk, and you never have to answer a technical question — I do the scoping call, the build, and the ongoing correction.

What you get

A commission on the build and on the monthly service for the life of the account — so you're paid for clients who stay, not just clients who sign. Full terms on a call; they're simple and they're in writing.

How it usually starts

A ninety-minute session with whoever runs the clinic's day, and a written map within five working days: what's worth automating, what isn't, and whether they need to buy anything at all. They keep the map either way — including if it concludes they shouldn't build anything.

What I won't do: replace their practice-management system, ask their front desk to learn new software, or let an assistant give a clinical opinion. If the honest answer is that a clinic doesn't need this, that's what the map says.

One email is enough — tell me roughly what the clinic does, and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit before anyone's time is spent.
