Work
What we've built
AI built into real businesses: the conversations with customers, the systems behind them and the back office. Grouped by the kind of work, because that's what carries over to yours.
Customer-facing assistants
A WhatsApp and web assistant for a healthcare group
Live since Mar 2026- The problem
- The same questions all day and after hours: prices, what a package includes, fasting, whether a slot is open. And the answers change whenever prices or packages do.
- What we built
- An assistant on the group's own WhatsApp number and website that answers from over 1,000 priced items and hands over a booking link. It won't judge symptoms; it gives the clinic's number, and 995 in an emergency.
- Connects to
- The clinic's WhatsApp number, its website and its catalogue.

An assistant for a second clinic group
In rollout- What we built
- The same assistant core, set up for a different group's services and hours.
Integration into core systems
A layer between the assistant and the booking system
Live- The problem
- An assistant that can talk but can't see the diary sends people to a phone number.
- What we built
- An integration layer that reads open times and writes bookings in the client's practice-management system. Reading is fast and automatic. Writing is guarded, logged and confirmed.
- Connects to
- The practice-management system the clinic already runs.
Staff tools
The front desk inside the AI assistant staff already use
Live- The problem
- Looking something up or booking means switching between screens, mid-call.
- What we built
- A connector that lets staff look up, draft and confirm bookings from the AI assistant they already use, with a separate account for each person and a person confirming every write.
Booking drafts from a conversation
Live- What we built
- When someone asks for a consultation or a scan in chat, the details become a draft booking that staff confirm, instead of being retyped from the chat.
Back-office automation
Reconciliation
Live- The problem
- Knowing which bookings came through which channel, and whether they were paid.
- What we built
- Every booking reconciled line by line against the client's own invoices.
Diaries in sync
Live- What we built
- The booking system stays the source of truth, and the team's calendar mirrors it, so the person on the road sees a change without anyone retyping it.

Messaging
Automatic WhatsApp booking confirmations
In build- What we built
- Confirmations sent on approved templates, with preparation instructions only where a test needs them.
Agency work
An outreach pipeline for a link-building agency
Live- The problem
- Finding and vetting sites to approach, by hand, one at a time.
- What we built
- Sourcing, scoring, de-duplication and send limits. A person approves every prospect before anything is written for it.
Fast builds
A working assistant from a business's own website, in a day
50+ built- What we built
- A repeatable way to turn a business's public pages into a working demo assistant, so an owner can try it on their own material before committing to anything.
Keeping it running
Weekly care
Every week- What we do
- The week's conversations where something went wrong become corrections; every correction becomes a test; nothing is deployed without review. It's why a system that was right in March is still right in October.
